Timothy Smith
Mr. Smith joined the firm in 2005 as a Director of Client Development. He has more than 15 years of hands-on experience in Strategic Alliances, Client Development and Sales Consulting to organizations in companies that include MCI, Savvis and RCN Corp. Responsibilities in these companies involved multi million dollar contracts, negotiations and interfacing with clients in the Government/ DOD and Civilian Sectors, Global 100 and Educational Institutions. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Elon College, North Carolina.
Trey Blalock
Mr. Blalock is a partner in the Business Section of Williams Mullen. His practice area focuses on corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions and structured finance. In over twenty years of practice, Mr. Blalock has represented companies in the health care, financial services, energy and technology industries. He regularly advises senior management on a variety of issues, including negotiation strategy, business implementation, risk assessment, corporate governance and disclosure matters. Mr. Blalock received his juris doctor (magna cum laude) from Tulane Law School and a B. A. in Economics (cum laude) from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Eric Gary
Mr. Gary has over twenty years of industry experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Strategic Planner and Operating Executive with expertise in linking strategic planning with resourceful financial management and effective operations. Past company experience includes Lightwave Communications, Covad Communications, Ameritech/SBC, MFS Communications, Mid Atlantic Telecom and Marriott Corporation. Mr Gary holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University, B. S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.
Abir Hnidi
Mr. Hnidi’s has served as a CTO and possesses technical and management experience in the telecommunications industry that spans more than 15-years. Mr. Hnidi has successfully leveraged his technical and business experience at such companies as Encore Networks, Santera Systems (acquired by Tekelec), Accelerated Networks (acquired by Occam Networks), Ascend Communications
(acquired by
Lucent Technologies), BT North America and MCI. His academic credentials include an M. S. in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University, B.S.E.E. from Aleppo, Aleppo, SAR and a Scientist Engineer degree in Telecommunications from George Washington University.
Paul Yazge
Mr. Yazge brings over twenty years of business development work in the data communications and telecommunications industries, developing and managing strategic marketing and growth programs, both domestically and internationally. His deep contact base and strong technical and business development background enables Mr. Yazge to enhance business plans and channel / distribution capabilities by building strong partnerships, alliances and other "speed to market" accelerators. Over the course of his career, Mr. Yazge has worked with leading technology firms such as EDS, Hughes Network Systems, Cisco Systems, CIENA, as well as venture-backed companies. Mr. Yazge holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland at College Park.
