Chesapeake’s Equity Programs (“EP”) group specializes in constructing and syndicating strategic acquisition and investment vehicles in conjunction with a variety of investment partners, including many of our Clients from successful BAS and MAI engagements. In addition to taking direct ownership positions, Chesapeake makes its services and experience available to these companies so as to improve market positioning, optimize business performance and maximize the overall return on investments.
